During our first jumpstart consultation, I’ll ask you a series of questions to help understand your needs/goals and your personal design aesthetic. Now comes the fun part—watching the design come to life! This is when we start making real decisions on furniture, fabrics, wall colors, lighting, and accessories. Design Presentations include floor plans, room boards, and photorealistic renders to allow you to truly envision the finished space and understand the design.

During this phase, I’ll also help you avoid common design pitfalls. Sometimes, it's easy to get caught up in a trend or style that looks great on Pinterest but doesn't actually work for your space or needs. I’ll make sure that what we choose isn’t just stylish but practical, functional, a good investment, and, most importantly, something you'll enjoy for years to come.

Step 4: Sourcing and Installing

This is where the magic happens! Once we’ve selected everything, I’ll handle the sourcing, whether it's finding the perfect sofa, sourcing vintage finds, or ordering retail pieces. I don't mark up product so you'll also receive any applicable designer/ trade discounts. Once you've approved the Design Plan I'll send over an easy one click link to make the payment and place orders. I’ll also handle all of the project management and coordinate the installation with the receiver, ensuring everything arrives on time and is set up the way it should be. (I'll make sure we are set up with receivers and any additional applicable contractors (painters, electricians, etc).While you sit back and relax, I’ll take care of the logistics, from scheduling deliveries to arranging furniture and accessories in a way that maximizes the functionality of your space. You don’t have to worry about a thing—just enjoy watching your vision come together.

Step 5: Final Touches - Styling & Staging

No room is truly complete without those special finishing touches. This is where the design comes to life and feels truly personalized. From choosing the right lighting fixtures to adding plants, art, and decorative objects, I’ll ensure that every element enhances the overall aesthetic and atmosphere of the home.

We’ll also review the functionality of the space and make adjustments as needed to ensure everything feels just right. Once all the pieces are in place, you’ll have a space that not only looks amazing, but also functions to meet desired goals. Full-service design projects include professional photography which I also coordinate and manage.
